The Harrisonville Wildcats made a deep run into the district championships tonight falling to 2007 state finalist Notre Dame de Sion 6-1 in the championship game. While I'm disappointed that their season is ending, I can hardly express how proud I am of these ladies in what many would have considered a rebuilding year. I look forward to the next three years my own daughters have to play with the knowledge that this team will continue to wow the crowd with their teamwork and athletic prowess. Well done ladies; well done!
